I spotted this sign this afternoon out in rural/suburban Hennepin County, Minnesota. This is a two-lane, moderately traveled roadway with shoulders on both sides of the roadway.

Illinois to start tracking bicycle ‘dooring’ collisions
The Chicago Tribune reports that Illinois will begin tracking dooring incidents:
The new rules, which officials said will be announced Monday and take effect immediately, require police departments across the state to record “dooring” accidents on Illinois traffic crash forms.
